US Banks Names Private Client Head

US-based Sovereign Bank has appointed Steven Santini as director of its private clients group for its Mid-Atlantic business. In his new role Mr Santini will be responsible for the development of Sovereign’s private banking business in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. Prior to joining Sovereign Bank, Mr Santini was senior vice president and market leader at the Bank of America Private Bank.
